Occasionally, substitutions of flowers is necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the arrangement you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. Vases are not included. Arrangements are delivered in cemetery approved vases/cones.

Every Heaven’s Maid order is handled by an industry professional, and we make every effort to complete your order by its due date. Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, inactive cemeteries, and/or cemeteries that cannot be reached. In the event any of the aforementioned circumstances occur, you will be contacted by a Heaven’s Maid team member to discuss alternative options or an extension of the due date. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least ten to fourteen days in advance. There might be a rare occasion when we are required to replace a particular flower in an arrangement if it’s unavailable at a time. But, we also always ensure that you’re up-to-date on any changes. Moreover, our crafty florists are committed to preserving the overall appearance, concept, and palette of colors you've specified.

To guarantee that your loved one receives a lovely and heartfelt remembrance, our team will only use flowers of equal or better value.
