FLORAL DISCLAIMER
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers is necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the arrangement you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. Vases are not included. Arrangements are delivered in cemetery approved vases/cones.

Every Forever Remembrance order is handled by an industry professional, and we make every effort to complete your order by its due date. Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, inactive cemeteries, and/or cemeteries that cannot be reached. In the event any of the aforementioned circumstances occur, you will be contacted by a Forever Remembrance team member to discuss alternative options or an extension of the due date. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least ten to fourteen days in advance.
